About Marie Avery

Marie has been in the real estate industry since 1994. She has taken several continuing education courses in real estate so that she can provide the best service for her clients. Early on she achieved the Graduate of the Realtor Institute designation. She earned the Certified Residential Specialist designation whose members are among the top 1% of all Realtors nationwide. To achieve this designation, she took courses that included: Advanced Negotiating, Marketing, Real Estate Financials and Business Strategies. She has acheived the Certified International Property Specialist designation.  Marie has had the honor of being awarded several distinguished awards throughout the years.

Marie actively supports the Manatee Chamber of Commerce and won the 2002 Small Business of the Year award. She was awarded the 2005 Realtor of the Year, 2006 Community Service Award, and the 2007 Business Women of the Year. In 2006 and 2007, Marie was awarded the PRIM designation; Professional Realtor Institute of Manatee. August 2008, Marie was awarded the Certificate of Acheivement for being RE/MAX Florida Region's Number One Commercial Individual. Marie serves as Women's Council of Realtors Florida State Chapter President.
